Internal parasites are a fact of life that all animals have to contend with. This blend will not remove all of the worms but may reduce their levels, aiding in their control.
The herbs included are:
Wormwood: Traditionally used as an anthelmintic and digestive tonic.
Tansy: Another traditional anthelmintic and vermifuge.
Garlic: a well known herb with a wide range of uses. It helps maintain gut flora as well as assisting in the management of internal parasites.
Sweet Annie: this relative of wormwood has been shown to be effective against blood borne parasites.
Licorice: Licorice is an anti-spasmodic, demulcent and mucus membrane restorative. Theses effects help to repair the damage caused by gastric parasites.
Wormwood blend is a useful aid in the management of internal parasites.
Dose:
Dogs: 4 drops per kg of bodyweight per dose.
Cats: 2 drops per kg of bodyweight per dose.
Caution: Do not use in pregnacy.
